Acquisition timelines depend on business availability, financing eligibility, and client execution. Some clients close within 90 days. Others take 6 to 12 months. Some never close.

Acquisition financing eligibility, including SBA 7(a) loans, is determined by independent third-party lenders under their own underwriting rules, not by Regalis Capital. Lender criteria typically include credit history, post-close liquidity (commonly 10 to 20% of the purchase price), industry experience, the target's cash flow, and the price multiple.

Cash flow produced by an acquired business depends on the operator. Acquiring a cash-flowing business is an operating role, not a passive investment. Past client outcomes are shared for illustrative purposes only.
